Your free pen comes later, straight to your door: send us your documents here, we check them and pass them to Cipla's own delivery team, who bring it in a cold box, usually within 48 hours.
The free pen scheme, in short

- Patients prescribed Yurpeak (tirzepatide) who buy their pens at the Caspian pharmacy.
- What you get
- 1 free pen for every 3 pens of 5 mg, or every 2 pens of 12.5 mg. Up to 2 free pens per patient in all. Other strengths are not part of the scheme.
- Last date
- 31 March 2027.
- Who delivers
- Cipla's own delivery team, to your door in a cold box (2 to 8 °C), usually within 48 hours of your documents being cleared.
Keep these ready before you start
- Prescription with the pen strength on it
- Caspian pharmacy bill for the pens you bought
- Photo ID: Aadhaar card or PAN card, front side
- Signed Aadhaar copy: sign across a photocopy of your Aadhaar and take a photo of it
- Address proof, only if the delivery address is not the one on your ID: rent agreement, gas bill or electricity bill
A clear phone photo of each, flat and in good light, is enough. A PDF also works.

Yurpeak is a prescription medicine. See your doctor first. If Yurpeak is prescribed, buy the pens at the Caspian pharmacy, keep the bill, and then fill this form.
What if a document is not clear?
We check every document before it goes to Cipla. If one needs to be sent again, the link you get at the end of this form will say so, and you can upload the new photo there.
How do I know where my pen is?
